• Ball valves (ball lock valves, pump ball valves) - designed for sealing and shutting off the pipe channel of a drilling rig during work on the development of gas and oil fields, are produced in corrosion-resistant versions K1, K2, K3 with a working pressure of 21 MPa to 105 MPa with rotary shouldered connection and tubing pipe.

• Roller-cone bits and PDC - designed for drilling oil and gas wells, produced in a steel and matrix body with a diameter of 120.6 mm to 393.7 mm

• Screw downhole motors - designed for drilling oil and gas wells of various depths, are used for vertical, directional and horizontal drilling, as well as for well workover and sidetracking, are produced both in direct design and with an angle regulator with a diameter of 43mm to 240mm

• Wedges-deflectors (whipstocks with hydraulic anchor, whipstocks with metal anchor) - designed for milling a window in the casing string and drilling a short hole under the BHA in a given direction in one run for strings with a diameter of 140 to 340 mm, are produced with a hydraulic and mechanical anchor

• Drill jars are designed to release stuck downhole equipment with up and down impacts combined with static axial tensile load and torque. Included in the layout of the drill string when drilling sidetracks. Workover and drilling jars, right-hand and left-hand versions, hydraulic, hydromechanical and mechanical, with a diameter of 87 mm to 207 mm are produced.

• Spiders - designed to automate operations for capturing, suspending and centring a pipe string in the process of tripping operations during current and capital workovers of wells, with a lifting capacity from 50 tons to 160 tons

• Drilling rotors - designed to transfer rotation to the drilling tool during rotary drilling, periodically turn the tool when drilling with downhole motors, as well as to hold the drill and casing string during tripping operations, are produced with a cardan, chain and hydraulic drive.

Fishing tools

• Taps (universal drill taps, special shouldered connection taps, universal utility taps, special utility taps, coupling taps, smooth coupling taps) - designed to grip drill pipes and tubing by screwing into the thread and cutting into the smooth surface of the pipes, they are produced in right and left hand versions, with HRC 58..60 hardness and carburizing h= 0.8-1.2mm steel 20X

• Die collars (dies collars, pass-through die collars, smooth die collars) - are designed for extracting a string of drill or tubing pipes by screwing onto the outer surface and pressing onto the outer surface of the pipes, they are produced in right and left versions, with a hardness of HRC 58..60 and case hardening h=0.8-1.2mm from steel 20X

• Releasing bowl overshot (rod overshots, LT, LTS) - designed to grip the outer cylindrical surface and then to extract the elements of the tubular strings during fishing operations in wells for various purposes. The collet and spiral-type gripper grips the outer surface tubing coupling or on the pipe upsetting. Available in right and left versions with outside diameters from 82mm to 425mm

• Releasing pipe spear (releasing pipe spears, outer releasing pipe spears, outer spiral releasing pipe spears) - designed to grip the inner surface and then to extract the elements of tubular strings when carrying out fishing operations in wells for various purposes.

• Internal releasing pipe spear (internal releasing pipe spears, segment-type releasing spears) - designed to extract, in whole or in part, the tubing string remaining in the well as a result of an accident by wedging retractable rams between the inner surface of the captured pipe with a pipe rod, they are produced for the conditional diameter of the captured pipes from 60 to 324 mm

• Fishing rod (hinged rod, all-metal rod, outer rod, rod) - designed for capturing and subsequent extraction from the well of electric cables, logging cables, ropes and wire.

• Magnetic milling cutter (FM, FML, FLM) - designed for catching small ferromagnetic objects. Fishing magnet contains a magnetic system with a high specific load capacity

Milling tools

• Mill (FT, impregnated bottom-hole mill, FZ, FZI, FK, FKK, DT, ZFK, FR, KFO, KFS, FP, FA, Barracuda) - Designed for milling work during workover and sidetracking, are produced with a light type of armament soldering by 40% of the area, with a medium type of armament soldered on 60% of the area, with a heavy type of armament soldered on 80% of the area, the average life of tripping operations is 2, they can also be produced with an increased life of tripping operations up to 6 from special carbide special form chips.

• Casing scraper (mechanical casing scraper, hydraulic casing scraper) - designed to clean the inner surface of casing or tubing strings from perforation burrs, rust, slurry cake, paraffin, clay cake, cement sheath and other deposits, are produced for the nominal diameter of the cleaned string with a diameter of 102 mm to 340 mm

• Flushing pen (flushing pen, magnetic flushing pen) - designed for flushing the string during repair work in oil and exploration wells, produced with locking and tubing threads

• Drilling junk catcher (drilling junk catcher) - is designed to capture, extract and remove large fragments of metal objects destroyed in the well, individual fragments of weapons of destructive tools (chisels, milling cutters, etc.), particles of sludge, metal and carbide scrap from the bottom of the well in drilling process, are available with outer casing diameter from 89mm to 330mm and basket depth from 260mm to 800mm

• Wireline entry guides (WEG) - designed to protect threads when making up drill pipes, are produced for lowering casing string and pipe tubing

• Templates - designed to check the inner diameter and the overall curvature of the tubing pipe along the entire length. Are made of Aluminium, Steel with polyurethane inserts

• Pipe wipers are designed to clean the outer surface of drill pipes and tubing pipes from an oil well during drilling or workover from liquid contamination, they are available in split and one-piece types. They can be of threaded cord, rubber cord, split cord, reinforced types.

X-mas tree fittings

• X-mas tree fittings — designed for sealing oil and gas wells, suspension of well pipelines, control and regulation of well operation, carrying out the necessary technological operations, shutting off the flow of the working medium, are produced in the design K1 and K2 with a working pressure from 21 MPa to 105 MPa, AF, AFK types.

Shut-off and control valves

• Valves — designed to open, close or regulate the flow under certain conditions of increasing pressure in the vessel, changing the direction of the flow of the medium in the pipeline, are divided into shut-off, control, reverse and safety types

• Ball valves — are used as a locking or regulating element that has a spherical shape, they are produced in steel, brass, bronze versions for flanged, coupling connections or for splicing.

• Gate valves — designed for installation on pipelines as a shut-off device, are produced with a diameter of 50 mm to 1200 mm, cast iron and steel in K1, K2, K3 versions with a working medium temperature from -60 ° C to + 425 ° C

Blowout prevention equipment

• Choke manifold — is part of the drilling manifold, designed to ensure the circulation of solutions in oil and gas wells during their drilling and repair, in order to ensure safe operation, maintain the required pressure at the wellhead, prevent blowouts and open fountains, protect the subsoil and environment, are produced with a working pressure from 21 MPa to 105 MPa, performed in K1 and K2 versions.

• Kill manifold — The kill manifold of the drilling manifold is connected to the drilling pumps and serves to pump a weighted mud into the well through the annular space (well killing), they are produced with a working pressure of 21 MPa to 105 MPa, in K1 and K2 versions.

• Flow lines — designed to drain well fluid and gas to a safe distance from the wellhead during emergency discharge, with a working pressure of 21 MPa to 105 MPa, K1 and K2 version, length from 1 m to 10 m.

• Preventer — designed for sealing the mouth of an oil and gas well in emergency situations during construction or repair work on a well, are produced with a cast and forged body, with manual and hydraulic control.

• Slip-type casing head — provides sealing of the annular space with the help of upper and lower packer seals (a device designed to isolate the annular space and isolate the internal space of the production string from the impact of the well environment).

• Adapter coils, wellhead crosses, adapters, elbows, tees — designed for use as part of wellhead and blowout prevention equipment.

• Drilling pumps - are designed to ensure the pumping of drilling fluid, due to which the cuttings are removed, the wellbore is strengthened and the bit is cooled, models of the UNB, UNBT, NB and АN series are produced.

• Oil pumps - designed for processing (pumping) oil, oil products, liquefied hydrocarbons and liquids

• Downhole pumps - designed to lift fluid from oil wells, available in submersible and semi-submersible types.

• Drill pipes - designed primarily for rotary drilling, but also used when drilling with downhole hydraulic motors, produced in Steel drill pipe, Kelly joint, Mud drill collar types with Д,К,Е,Л,М strength group.

• Branch pipes - designed for installation and positioning of the tubing string, technological, fitting and hanging ones with tubing threads, are produced mainly from 40KhN and 40KhN2MA grades steel.

• Subs - are a type of connecting fittings of the drill string and are designed to connect individual parts of the drill string to each other or to attach to it a tool with a thread of a different type and size, they are produced with locking, premium and tubing threads mainly from steel of 40HN and 40HN2MA grades

• Safety subs - designed for emergency disconnection of a tool when a liner or packer is stuck, as well as for disconnection from a stuck tool or pipes during fishing operations in the process of eliminating accidents in hydraulic design wells, are produced with locking and premium threads, mainly from steel of 40ХН and 40ХН2МА grades

• Quick-disconnect couplings - designed to connect hoses, sleeves, various parts of industrial equipment, allowing quick connection of power circuits. They can be made of various materials, are available both with threaded connection and for welding.

• Pressure test tool - designed for testing pressure in a drill pipe string. Drilling and reaming of the borehole of the drilling string is permitted with device installed, available with ball and plug.

• Packers - designed for use in a drilled oil or gas well for zonal isolation, protect the production string from the dynamic and aggressive effects of the working environment, exploitation, conservation and other technological operations, are produced retrievable and drillable, available in mechanical, hydromechanical and hydraulic types

• Liner hangers - designed for running and hanging liners in the previous casing string with or without cementing and sealing the annular space, are available in mechanical, hydromechanical and hydraulic types, cemented and non-cemented

• Shoes - designed to equip the lower part of the casing pipe to guide the casing string along the wellbore, stiffen the lower end of the casing string and protect it from damage when it is lowered into the well; they are produced of guiding and working type for casing string diameter from 102mm to 426mm.

• Valves - designed to equip the bottom of casing strings in order to ensure self-filling of lowered strings with drilling mud from the well without overflowing it from the string to the wellhead, to perform the function of the “stop” ring and ensure hermetic fit of separating plugs on it in the process of pushing the cement slurry into the annular space and to prevent the backflow of liquid from the well into the string at the end of cementing, they are produced with a diameter of 133mm to 451mm with a throttle and plunger back valve.

• Cementing heads - designed for tying the mouth of oil, gas and exploration wells, are produced with a nominal diameter from 140 mm to 426 mm.

• Cementing collars - designed for two-stage or collar cementing of casing strings or liners with a diameter of 102 mm to 245 mm.

• Cementing plugs - designed for cementing casing strings, they are produced in the upper and lower types for casing string diameters from 114 mm to 426 mm.

• Cementers - are designed to equip casing strings from pipes for the purpose of their centring when lowering into the well and cementing sections of the wellbore, they are produced with an outer diameter from 142mm to 434mm.

• Cementing basket - designed to create a platform for sedimentation of cement slurry that fills the annular space of the well behind the casing with a diameter of 102, 114, 127, 140, 146, 168 and 178 mm.
